Those who live in Glasshaus . . .
23 Units previewing this spring, according to their website here.
Prices start at $595,000 and go up from there.
Unfortunately, with all those big beautiful windows, there isn't a bay view.
Curbed Miami has a bunch of pics here.
What do you think? Do you like the architecture? The location?

A bit pricei for the location, also glass facing 27 ave with ever increasing traffic... not so sure about the concept...
Considering the fact that new homes in the West Grove are demanding 900k and there is very limited inventory under $1 million for anything fairly new in the Grove, I think the pricing is on track. I love the architecture and the boutique feel.
They didn't use he best materials.feel sorry for the new owners
Triples the congestion
The place could end up being the pressed ham capital of the world!
Why don't they give the owners membership to Coral Reef Yacht Club instead of the Sailing club?
I think Hialeah has done a better job at conserving historic properties than the Grove has :(
What is historic about this property. Thing next to it used to be a chevron station. (years ago) Not a good looking bldg either now. Tiger tail lounge which some wish was still there; gone. Yes this Condo does look good. But a million plus at the top I would think about it. Hialeah please. Grove is still cool just not like it used to be.
I think it looks beautiful! As for no view, the renderings do show some view. I don't understand why Anonymus at 12:29pm says they did not use the best materials, feel sorry for the new owners. Is it built already?
Beautiful!
Charliep the renderings are not how it will be. Way things work. Go look at the sight. No view but maybe a window or two. Bad materials, well hello another anonymous they may be great
glass buildings have 2 problems....1. HVAC! Glass is a terrible insulator from heat, cold or sun! Oh the sun. 2. Rain. The windows may not leak for years, but the moisture will make the plaster crack and bubble. You'll need major upkeep in about 10 years for this kind of modern design.
So much better than what's there now. Looking forward to this stylish building.
