New acting Exec Director of Grove BID chosen
Just saw this on Commissioner Ken Russell's social media:
Passing the torch @CoconutGroveBID. Just appointed Tim Schmand as acting Exec Director. We'll miss Manny Gonzalez going to @WynwoodMiami BID
As you know, Manny Gonzalez, BID director is moving on to Wynwood, his last day in the Grove is next Friday, May 12. From left: Tim Schmand, Commissioner Russell, Manny Gonzalez.

Welcome, Tim. We look forward to working with you. It's sad to see Manny leave the Grove BID as he's been caring, attentive and effective, but it's good to know another long time resident and proponent of the area will be taking over.
