Grove Ritz-Carlton sold; renovations planned
The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove has been sold for $36 million to Hersha Hospitality Trust. They plan a massive renovation, although not sure how you can be perfection. Ever have the Sunday brunch there? Amazing.
My cousins like to stay there. I've been there often because of them and for some meetings in the past.
