Shooting at Grand and Elizabeth last night
From Grove Police Commander Mike Gonzalez:
"Good morning Coconut Grove. Unfortunately our neighborhood experienced gunfire last night at Grand and Elizabeth. Fortunately, although 3 people were shot, none have life threatening injuries. Nonetheless gunfire in the Grove is unacceptable to me. Our team has taken immediate steps to prevent any further violence in the area. Our officers were able to apprehend one of the offenders and he is currently in custody and charged with Attempted Murder. We also recovered one of the firearms used in the shooting along with ammunition near the scene. Miami Police has information on the other offender and we are working to apprehend him and the gun at this time. I will keep you posted on our progress."
