Ask St. Stephen's volunteers about free tax help
St. Stephen’s is preparing tax returns for the community. This is their seventh year preparing and e-filing tax returns free of charge.
Households making $54,000 or less can make appointments for the service.
They will prepare simple returns, self-employment Schedule C, itemized deductions Schedule A
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) center with IRS-trained and certified tax preparers.
They speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, weekend and evening appointments are availble.
To make an appointment, call 786-254-1910 or email StStephensPC@comcast.net.
You'll need things like your photo ID, social security card, W2 and 1099 forms and last year's tax returns.
