A Call to All Nasty, Enlightened Women!
Got the following in the mail:
Now is the time for all good women to come to the aid of their country (again!).
O the election this year was frightful,
But us girls are so delightful,
And since we have no place to go,
Let’s hit the streets, and march with King Mango!
Dear Women:
The election results seemed as bad as things could get, but each new day since that horrific moment has brought even worse nightmares.
On the first day of this new 2017 year in the early afternoon, we have a public opportunity to both be seen and heard!
Please join us to march in the King Mango Strut in Coconut Grove on Saturday, December 31.
Rise up with like-minded women. The Strut is funny, so if you can say something funny, do it. If not, if it is way past humor for you, just bring your strutting self and march with other women.
You cannot just grab women by the crotch, brag about it, and become President as if that is great again.
From its very first moment, women have carried this country. It is our time again. Join us with your smile and your firm resolve.

P.P.S. Looking ahead: on Saturday, December 31, we will convene at 1:00 pm at Kirk Munroe Park under the Mammoth Banyan Tree (you can’t miss it, it is the biggest tree in the Grove). Kirk Munroe Park (the tennis court park) is located at the corner of Oak and Matilda in the Grove. See you there!
