The Haunted Ballet returns to The Barnacle

The Barnacle is holding the second annual Haunted Ballet on Thursday, October 27 through Saturday, October 29.

The showcase will offer contemporary dance, music and lights to show off the rich history of Coconut Grove.

Enjoy the professionally choreographed dances of the Haunted Ballet performed by some of Miami’s most talented dancers. Created and directed by Crystal Peattie, this year the Haunted Ballet will be produced by Miami Dance Futures, Inc.

There will be two shows nightly. The first showing will be at 8 pm and the second showing will begin at 9:30 pm. Admission price is a donation of $20 or more. For more information, please visit thehauntedballet.com

The Haunted Ballet is the creation of Crystal Karaginis Peattie, dedicated to the support and growth of dance in Florida. Now in its second year, it brings to life the historical characters of a bygone era who haunt the land of Coconut Grove. Through the work of professional choreographers and dancers, their stories dance beneath the moonlit sky to try to escape their tragic endings.

The Barnacle Historic State Park is at 3486 Main Highway.
