'Caviar & Bubbles' featured at The Spillover

The Spillover restaurant has something new starting Tuesday, November 1, it's "Caviar & Bubbles," which will then run every Monday through Friday. 

"I feel its my mission to make caviar less intimidating to my generation since many young people miss out on such an amazing delicacy because they are scared of the price and snootiness. I am offering a caviar deal that not only serves the best caviar but we also make fresh blinis, homemade creme fresh and a fancy setup but at a price that gives it away in a attempt to get people to try it," says Matt Kuscher, owner.

Caviar & Bubbles is from 2 to 6 pm each day and for $75, you'll receive Petrossian Classic Transmontanous and two glasses of Villa Sandi Sparkling Rose. Matt feels that it's the best Caviar Happy Hour in Miami. 

They serve 30 grams of the caviar from the industry’s most respected company, Petrossian, from Paris. Their staff participated in an extensive training and tasted over 20 different varieties before selecting what they believe is the best and from the most trusted company in the business. 

"Our goal is to offer everyone the opportunity to experience such a delicious delicacy at a much more affordable price than can be found anywhere else. We will do this with the same integrity and presentation as the most high-end Russian caviar houses!" says Matt.

Also, The Spillover has moved their doggy happy hour to Monday, October 31, due to rain on Thursday.
