Groundbreaking at St. Stephen's for new labyrinth

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church is building a Labyrinth on their property. Beginning in Midieval times, labyrinths have been used as tools for meditation, prayer, and symbolic pilgrimage.

Groundbreaking is Saturday, September 10 from 5 to 7 pm.

St. Stephen's parishioner Zachary Roncallo conceived the labyrinth as a space for the use and enjoyment of the whole community. It began as as an Eagle Scout project, and the construction phase will be completed by his scout troop under the supervision of a general contractor.

Join the church as they break ground for this new project. Their clergy and Zack will be joined by members of the Labyrinth Guild, the architects, Mayor Regalado and Commissioner Russell.

A reception will follow.

St. Stephen's is located at 2750 McFarlane Road.
