Commission hearing on Battersea Woods property
The City Commission is meeting Friday, July 29 and on the agenda is the property on Battersea Woods. The one acre property is in danger of being split up to allow five large houses, destroying the tree canopy in its wake.
The hearing for the approval of the replat of Battersea Woods is item PH 5, There are only two public appearances scheduled ahead of the PH items so the hearing time will likely be much earlier than it was for the previous hearing on July 14. Maybe at 9:30 am.
Show up and speak Up for your neighborhood. Stop the lot splitting which is overburdening our infrastructure, destroying the Tree canopy and the nature and character of Coconut Grove.
