MPA introduces new easy to use website
The new website has been optimized for mobile devices and provides parking customers an easy and more user-friendly experience when they navigate it. Customers will find a sleek, minimalist look as well as a wide choice of information. I like the easy to navigate boxes that include links to Pay by Phone, Sporting events, Knight Center Validations and you can even report a problem.
The new website also invites existing customers to register for automatic payments so they can be billed monthly without even interacting with the site. The ability to store a payment method on the site means that customers do not need to enter their credit card information every month, which saves them time. A key point is that MPA does not store credit card information. The site is designed so that all credit card information is passed between the customer and the payment processor directly.
“This new design reflects our commitment to listening to the community we serve and incorporating its feedback about a wide range of parking-related issues,” said MPA Chief Executive Officer Arthur “Art” Noriega. “After months of re-designing and testing the look and functionality of the new website, we are pleased to have a product that we expect will enhance our customers’ online experience.”
