It's a Snapchat Giofilter
Aly tells me, "It was actually a community Geofilter I submitted for the Grove area to Snapchat."
She sent in the image and received a reply from Snapchat telling her that the image would be featured on a billboard in Miami somewhere. Snapchat receives thousands of submissions daily and hers was just one a few chosen. I like it. Simple, but effective.
Snapchat calls their Geofilters, "Dynamic art for different places."
It's unusual that Snapchat would use a sort of logo image rather than a photograph, but it works.

It's not unusual. Snapchat uses logo filters only. How could they use a photograph for a filter?
Photo, logo filters, signage, billboard; whatever! There must be 237 names for plain old JOE! Great sign for our Grove, which sure doesn't hurt or harm, we should milk it AMAP, on with thethinking caps folks. Jobie Steppe
