If you missed last month's "Two Jewelers and a Painter" exhibit at the Coconut Grove Arts Festival Gallery, you can enjoy the reception on Saturday, April 2 during FAM Night.

Lynn Fecteau's paintings and Carolyn Kerr and Adrienne Gaskell's jewelry are on display.

The reception is from 7 to 10 pm.

Lynn, well known Grovite, has been creating art all her life, staring out by finger painting as a child. Many of you are familiar with her beautiful tropical images.

Carolyn uses different media to creat spectacuar creations. Most of her jewelry today is made using a madurai, she combines fine silk threads and yarns in many differenc colors including precious stones, silver and Japanese glass beads.

Adrienne's unique jeweler creations include kumihimo braiding, metal fabrication and bead-weaving. Kumihimo is an ancient Japanese braiding technique.

The gallery is located at 3390 Mary Street at the Atrium (by the bull sculpture). There's live music and refreshments and lots of friends who stop by.

And over at FrameWorks, which is now called the Williams McCall Gallery, the Group Exhbition continues from 6 to 9 pm, featuring the works of Lee Brock, Ernie Bynum, John Dowd, Ray Elman, Enrique Flores-Galbis, Marty Ittner, Joan Cobb Marsh, Taka Maruno and Lisa Remeny.

The gallery is at 3196 Commodore Plaza.
