Regatta Park docks update
Design of the Regatta Docks at Regatta Park is over half done. The permit process will begin any day now. That will take from 10 to 14 months. The project is to move forward as presented to obtain permits for construction. Some areas along the seawall will need some modification to allow for the vessels to use the proposed ramps and docks.
The Parks Department Phase I has proceeded. And Phase III of Regatta Park has begun with a 120 day construction timeline. Phase II which is parking remains open. After the completion of Phase III, Phase II will begin.
The Waterfront Implementation Committee's next meeting is Wednesday, December 9 at City Hall (3500 Pan American Drive) at 5:30 pm. This is a good place to hear Regatta Park and Mooring Field updates.

I located the original master plans but I expect that they have been revised long ago. Are the current plans available for viewing online somewhere?
