Sneak peak of 33 restaurant this weekend
This weekend only, culinary enthusiasts will be able to get a first bite of the new restaurant "33" before they officially open December 5. On Friday and Saturday, November 20 and 22, at 8 pm, locals and visitors will dive into an eight course tasting menu with three different wine selections. In addition to previewing the Peruvian influenced menu, attendees will be able to meet Chef Sebastian Fernandez and learn more about what they can expect from 33.
The cost is $55 per person and reservations can be made by emailing DinnerThirtyThree@Yahoo.com.
Tasting Menu:
Causa limena, purple potato, seared tuna, avocado, aji Amarillo sauce
Tuna tiradito, yellow fin, yuzu, ginger, tobiko, jalapeno
Ceviche de corvina, lime, ginger, aji Amarillo, red onions, cilantro
Conchitas a la parmesana, scallops, paramaean, white wine
Lamb chop, chicha de jora, cilantro, pallares puree
Lomo saltado, tenderloin, red onions, tomato, soy
Aji de Gallina, yellow chili sauce, 64 degree cooked egg, potato croquette
Trees leches and berries Sponge cake, fresh berries
33 is located at 3195 Commodore Plaza.

I still have a bad taste in my mouth regarding his handling of the tree on that corner. I will never support his
restaurant or send anyone there. Waiting for his "herb" garden on the corner that my dog can take a good pee on his basil.
We are not in corner. That is antother restaurant. We'd never damage a tree.
They are not on the corner and did not cut down the trees. That was someone else, another business.
