Scotty's Landing is still open, under new name

Just a note to let you know that Scotty's Landing is still open. Many of you think it has closed, but while it changed hands, it's still open. The Chart House is closed.

I was at Scotty's last week, I stopped in with a friend after early voting next door at City Hall and we were surprised to see the place was empty. Maybe four tables had people the whole time we were there at lunch time, usually it's packed.

I had the blackened dolphin platter and now that is my favorite thing there!

Update: It is now called Grove Bay Grill or something like that.

@3:54:

You can't take that picture from Bayshore as it is facing inland, not out towards the water.

Question is: what is going to happen to the beautiful strangler fig that the band set up underneath? The photo captures it and the other trees in the background that are likely slated for removal, unfortunately. What a spectacular tree it is. It deserves to remain where it is and be designed around.

My friends worked and operated the Chart House.
One day. No entry.
Good luck with your bills.
Deplorable.
