Free Bicycle Tour of Coconut Grove

Start the weekend with the Coconut Grove Bicycle Tour on Saturday, October 17 from 9:30 am to noon. Meet in front of City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive.

Now that 'Autumn' has arrived, take a close look at the natural wonders that add that tropical touch to our community. Admire the bountiful bird life, from the familiar cardinals, ruby-throated hummingbirds and blue jays, to the unexpected hill mynas and blue-and gold macaws. Ride along, see a host of colorful butterflies including the brilliant Julia, graceful zebra, and the marvelous giant swallowtail. Spot a varied collection of high-climbing lizards, tree frogs, and other specialties. Marvel at the diverse flora in the neighborhood that sustains these species. En route, get expert advice on how to make your own place a true haven for wildlife.
