In commemoration of Quinceañeras, the celebration of a girl’s 15th birthday which marks her transition from child to young woman in Hispanic cultures, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is curating Quinceañeras, An Online Exhibition.
Submit your Quinceañera photographs shot at Vizcaya and be part of this virtual exhibit to celebrate and pay tribute to the unique and multi-generational tradition of taking Quinceañera photos at Vizcaya over the decades. This is open to both amateur and professional photographers.
When submitting images, include contact information, the year the photo was taken and its location at Vizcaya. Photos can be submitted on an ongoing basis via e-mail or social media. Tag Vizcaya on Twitter, @VizcayaMuseum, or on Instagram, @VizcayaMiami, and use the hashtag #ShotsFromVizcaya. By submitting photographs, permission is granted for Vizcaya Museum and Gardens to use the photos as part of the online exhibition.
