With all of the enthusiasm of biking to The Grove the bikers should be aware of a problem a friend of mine witnessed. On a recent week day she witnessed 3 youths with a bolt cutter standing at the bike rack on Main Highway across from Commodore Plaza. The girl slipped the bolt cutter in her purse and rode away on a bike. As the other 2 youths were about to ride away on bikes she snapped a picture of one of them. He actually confronted her and told her to delete the picture. He told her the bikes belonged to them. Bikers beware of where you lock up your bikes.
