All that and the NY Times, too?
There is a breakfast selection on the Bookstore's menu that is about $6.75, I think. It is the New York Times Breakfast - it consists of a copy of the New York Times, a double espresso and an almond croissant and possibly something else. It seems to be that it's cheaper to buy this breakfast than to buy the actual New York Times on Sunday.
I went up to the counter and asked a couple of the staff there to explain the item to me. "What is the New York Times Breakfast?" I asked.
Patrick looked at it from behind the counter and said, "Hmm, looks like you get the New York Times, double espresso, croissant and an Uber ride to the airport." He's quite clever and has a fast mind.
He got it.
They changed the item to be a bit higher on Sunday, but it is a good deal no matter what day of the week.
