New green market in Wynwood includes art
Craft foods and artisan products will be sold along with seasonally locally grown food. Art will be a big part of the market. The hope is that it will eventually become a meeting place and location for community activities including art shows, performance art, hands-on activities for kids, free yoga and more. It will be the place for locally grown and crafted goods.
It seems as if it will be a place where artists, art lovers and foodies will all congregate weekly.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 11 am this Sunday. Civic and community leaders will be present. The dates of the market this year will be March 15, 22 and 29; April 12 and 26; May 10 and 24; and June 14 and 28.

The Bakehouse Art Complex is located at 561 NW 32 Street in Wynwood.
