Cooking Class at Vizcaya

Vizcaya Village used to be home to a working farm. James Deering's chef used produce and eggs from that farm, which was called "the farm village," located across from the mansion grounds on S. Miami Avenue.

This was the then-standard farm-to-table living. They're taking cues from history and interpreting farm-to-table very literally as Vizcaya hosts an alfresco dinner and cooking class in the Vizcaya Village (right next to our vegetable garden). 

Chef Amber Antonelli of The Naked Bite (shown here) will use produce grown on site to prepare a hearty and delicious three-course vegetarian meal, encouraging you to indulge in very locally sourced ingredients and savor a delicious night under the stars. 

The event is Wednesday, January 28 at 6:30 pm.

Space is limited, please buy tickets here. Cost is $60 for members, $75 for non-members.
