After Dark live music yoga class

Dharma After Dark is an ongoing innovative project at Dharma Studio. It focuses on exploring and integrating the power of yoga and music. After Dark features different local artists so that classes tend to vary widely, each with its own unique genre and vibe. The next event is Saturday, January 17 at 8 pm.

"Music, especially live music, evokes powerful states of mind and often leaves you profoundly moved and transformed. This experience harnesses that power and takes it to another level by combining it with a yoga practice. Be prepared to stir up your soul."

$25 in advance/$30 at the door or only $10 if you use your class package or unlimited class card.

Organic tea bar after each class.
