Inspired by foods, flavors and culture of his hometown of Chennai, India, Executive Chef Ramesh Kaduru invites guests to a six week long exclusive chef’s table experience, cooking demonstration and Diwali weekend celebrations.

Beginning Friday, October 3, The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami’s private dining room will transform into a rich, vibrant and sultry dinner destination -- marrying traditions, spices and flavors of India for an intimate chef’s table dinner experience. Each week, Chef Kaduru presents a beautiful five-course menu with a personalized touch and explanation of each dish. Limited to only 14 guests in a communal table style seating. $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Known as the “festival of lights," Diwali is an ancient Hindu festival celebrated in autumn each year. The festival spiritually signifies the victory over evil and is one of the most important holidays for the Hindu culture. Chef Kaduru invites guests to celebrate with friends and family in family-style dinner affair in Bizcaya, complemented by colorful entertainment, authentic cuisine and of course, glowing candles to pay tribute to the traditions of the celebration. Thursday, October 23rd from 7:30 to 10 pm. $69 per adult and $39 per child ages 5 through 12, plus tax and gratuity.

Want to learn how to create Indian delicacies at home? Chef Kaduru invites guests to an intimate and exclusive cooking demonstration. After preparation of each dish, enjoy bites and tastes including a traditional Lassi beverage, appetizer and entrée. Sunday, October 26, from 4 to 6 pm, $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Limited availability.

Reservations are required by calling 305-644-4680.
