Free yoga class on the grass
Free Yoga is back at Peacock Park staring Thursday, October 23. The class will be held every Thursday, from 6 to 7 pm.
Thanks to local sponsor OXXO Care Cleaners, Dharma Studio sends gifted teachers to lead the hour-long sessions. Participants of all levels of yoga experience are welcome to the open-level Vinyasa-style classes. If you don't have a yoga mat, a beach towel will work since the class is on the grass!
Jo Jo Tea, a Miami-based tea company, will be offering tea before and after the class.
