My favorite thing of the week
I suggested to Pearl and her crew that it might be better if made the way my mother does it - with olive oil and lemon, that along with onions, tomatoes, olives and a few other ingredients on those lush greens is now light and perfect.
You can get the tuna in this salad form or in a pita. That one little change made it my favorite thing of the week.
The pita is $$6.95, the salad comes in two sizes: small is $4.95, large is $6.95.
The Blonde Bistro is at the Mayfair Atrium, right off of Florida Avenue.

The Blonde Bistro is the best! My daughter and I love the Green Tea Matcha drink. Pearl, the owner, is amazing. Love her spirit and her beautiful store.
Doesn't get much better than clean tuna and fresh salad, preferably with a touch of expeller pressed canola oil or good olive oil; unless, of course, you get lucky, and catch some wahoo or small 'cuda, delicately served by a saavy ladychef on a sailboat.
