Enjoy dinner and donate to charity at same time
On Tuesday, May 6, Greenstreet Cafe (3468 Main Highway) will be donating part of that day's profits to The Barnyard, a local community center in Coconut Grove that provides after school care and other quality programs. Stop by between 6 pm and 10 pm, have dinner and enjoy the fact that part of the proceeds are going to a good charity.
This event is part of Grove Angels, an on-going fundraising effort generated by the support and generosity of Coconut Grove neighbors. These include restaurants like GreenStreet Cafe, who donate a percentage of their profits, and other stores who donate a gift certificate or store items to be auctioned off later during the year.
Please support your local neighborhood businesses, like GreenStreet Cafe, especially when they provide charitable donations to associations that support the safety and education of our youth. Stop by during that time and enjoy their delicious food knowing that a percentage of the profits will help The Barnyard.
