Auditions open for Academy of Arts & Minds
The Academy of Arts & Minds Charter High School is holding open auditions on Saturday, April 26 at 10 am.
Categories include:
Dance
Visual Arts
Photography
Chorus/Vocal
Concert Band
Jazz Band
Theater/Drama
Creative Writing
The auditions require professionalism and you must be prepared. Dance auditions for instance require applicants to perform a one minute dance piece, choreographed by themselves or a dance teacher, on one of the following dance style: ballet, jazz or modern dance. Applicants should be prepared to stay for two hours.
For the Theater/Drama auditions, two contrasting monologues are required, from a published play or book, it must be memorized.
Be a part of our own little "Glee" right here in the Grove. A&M is located at 3138 Commodore Plaza.
