Two classic Gables St. Patrick's Day events

JohnMartin's in Coral Gables is holding its 32nd annual St. Patrick's Celebration. For years we went for the fun and the best corned beef and cabbage around. They're holding a variety of themed activities in honor of their favorite holiday, starting with brunch from 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday with live music by Dublin-born and Raised Paddy Keleghan and Band.

On Monday, enjoy their St. Patrick's Day Menu Until 11 pm. The bagpiper begins at noon for a couple of hours, then the Irish Band "Fire in the Kitchen" plays live from 3 to 9pm, followed by a live DJ until closing time.

Fritz & Franz Bierhaus' St. Patrick's celebrations begin on Friday, March 14 from 5 pm to 2 am with live music, special drinks, green beer and Irish food. The Big City Band plays from 7 to 11 pm outdoors on the plaza. Entertainment and special continue Saturday from 3 pm to 2 am with Hot Mess playing live from 7 to 11 pm.

Sunday the celebration continues from 2 to 10 pm featuring Deck 52 playing from 4 to 8p m. On Monday, St. Patrick's Day, the grand celebration from 4 pm to 2 am includes C.O.D (Cool Ole Dudes) playing live from 3 to 7 pm. Admission is free.
