"Preservation" featured at Tribeca Film Festival

You all know Felice Dubin, co-owner of The Bookstore in the Grove, well her daughter Jennifer, Miami native is producer of a film being featured in next month's Tribeca Film Festival. Jennifer graduated from Ransom Everglades and went on to Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. Jennifer and her partner Cora produced "Preservation" premiering on April 17.

The movie is showing at the SVA Theatre located at 333 West 23rd Street, in the heart of Chelsea. It might seem odd to post a NY event here, but some of you might be in New York at that time, coincidentally, I will be, so I'll have to check it out.

Preservation was written and directed by Christopher Denham, and produced by Jennifer Dubin and Cora Olson (Present Pictures).

About the film:
Three family members head deep into the woods for a hunting trip that doubles as a distraction from their troubles at home. When all of their gear is stolen, they turn on each other, but soon realize there are much more treacherous forces at work. Actor Christopher Denham takes his second turn in the director’s chair with this finely crafted horror-thriller starring Pablo Schreiber (The Wire, Orange is the New Black), Aaron Staton (Mad Men), and Wrenn Schmidt (Boardwalk Empire).
