Gifford Lane Art Stroll 2014
Live music played, original art was sold and lots of great food and drinks were for sale. Of course the famous Cucumber Punch was the drink of the day, same as every year.
The St. Stephen’s AIDS Ministry and the St. Alban’s Child Enrichment Center in the Grove Village West are the beneficiaries, a portion of the sales go to them.

Wonderful photos, miss you all in Coconut Grove.
Real nice afternoon out there
It was a nice event. However, the "old Grove" terminology is getting tired, and frankly it is divisive. If by "the Grove turns back into the the 'old Grove'" you mean that the event was well attended by the Grove's rapidly aging population, then it is spot on!
Yeah - if it was the "old Grove" then it would have been a drugtrade-fueled $20,000 bash! The drink of the day would have been a bowl of cocaine, not gin punch. When the "good times rolled" in the Grove, it was all driven by the $7 billion per year in coke that was entering Miami - primarily through Coconut Grove. I'm sick of this BS nostalgia about the"old grove."
