Earth Month Cut-A-Thon at Detlev Salon & Spa

The Detlev Salon at 3065 Fuller Street is holding an all day Cut-A-Thon on Monday, April 7, to raise money to support clean water causes in honor of Earth Month, which is April. April 22 is Earth Day. From 10 am to 6 pm stop by for a beauty service. Aveda salons all over the world are partaking in the cut-a-thon. Stylists will be donating their time for the cause.

They're offering haircuts, mainicures and massages at special prices. Enjoy complimentary mimosas, fresh squezed orange juice and finger foods provided by The Last Carrot.
Aveda's month-long event raised $5.5 million last year world-wide which included 900 salons in 15 countries.
The Earth Month program began in 1999, Aveda professionals in more than 30 countries have collectively raised more than $32 million to help support organizations that directly effect a better environment. More than $26 million of this amount has gone to clean water-related causes since 2007.
