Dinner Sounds at Spartico Trattoria

Thursdays, Spartico, the Roman Style Trattoria in the Mayfair Hotel right here in Coconut Grove, turns into Amarcord. It's an evening of intimate, sophisticated dining.

Louis Amanti (left) performs both classic and modern jazz from Frank Sinatra to Michael Buble, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett and many others in between.

Louis Amanti is the next great crooner. The son of a professional entertainer, Louis has been singing since the age of 8. This talented 24 year old has a repertoire of over 180 standards.
