Power out in Center Grove

A little excitement in the center of town today, two transformers blew, right near CocoWalk and the whole Center Grove is/was in the dark. Some got electricity back fast, others may have to wait a few more hours, others are sporadic. FPL has been working on the issue for hours.

We managed to find one restaurant (Greenstreet) with constant electricity so we had brunch there. Other businesses are totally dark.

A friend was standing right near the transformers when they exploded and he almost exploded with them, he says it was the scariest thing being right near the explosion.

That's our Grove excitement for the day.
