Navigating your career; lunch and learn session
Here's something new for Zen Village, they're offering a series of lunch and learn sessions for career empowerment. Each track is carefully designed and planned to take your career to the next level.
Navigating Your Career is first up on Saturday January 25 from 10 am to 3 pm, there's a one hour lunch break.
In this track you will learn:
- The art of writing resume
- Making the right impression at an interview
- Learn about hiring trends in industries like retail, healthcare, hospitality and banking.
- Review the essentials skills and opportunities for these industries
- Spiritual aspects of your career with other students and exchange ideas during lunch.
Cost for class $ 100.00
Vegetarian Lunch $ 15.00
Vijo Menon is the teacher. She is involved in Information Technology in the healthcare industry and leads business and process engineering initiatives using industry frameworks and the best practices for project management.
Vijo is PMP certified, ITIL v3 certified and has a Black Belt in Lean SigmaSpiritual.
Director Master Chufei TsaiMaster Chufei Tsai founded the charitable non-profit organizations Zab Sang Institute, Heart for Humanity and Zen Village in 2000. With over 28 years of experience teaching and counseling around the world, she has gathered all of her knowledge and experience to develop a training program that can benefit people from all walks of life. In her educational practice and experiential training programs, Master Tsai integrates proven historical methods based on ancient wisdom, philosophy as well as other healing systems and adapts them for today's world with a proven record of beneficial results that allows individuals to heal, restore, and maintain optimum psychological, spiritual, physical and environmental health and wellness.
