Introduction to Meditation
Within this two hours wrokshop, Master Tsai offers an insightful class in which she explains what is meditation, how to practice meditation from the beginning levels to the more advanced levels. In this class Master Tsai will explain different view and techniques of meditations like: mindfulness, calm abiding (samatha) and insight (Vipassana ) meditation as well as compassion (Ton-leng ) meditation as path of learning, all which will bring about more peace of mind and better health to its practitioners. This introduction to meditation course is for all those who wish to begin a meditation practice but need to understand and learn the basic concepts to get started as well as to have over all understanding of meditation.
