About 10 days I lost my loving cat Mia. One late evening last August two kittens surfaced in my front yard; the kittens were adopted by a neighbor and mother cat stayed behind. Using funds Erika's kitty fund, the mother cat got spayed and got all her shots. The mother Cat became Mia. After several weeks of failed attempts to find her a home, she became my other Princess. My first cat ever! Through her I learned a lot about cat's character and she became very special to me. Unfortunately, our love was shorten by an irresponsible dog walker and the pet sitting company, Miami Pet Concierge. The pet sitter should have NEVER walked two large breed dogs, a doberman and bulldog; the bulldog overpowered the dog walker and killed Mia. While trying to cope with the painful lost of my little Princess, the owner of Miami Pet Concierge handling of the situation was disheartening, never once taking responsibility, accountability instead I was threaten with legal action if I mention the name of the business. My advice to pet owners, be sure the pet sitting service company put in writing the company's pet care handling guidelines. A comment from a neighbor who came out to help during the attack, "the sitter had no contingency plan, other than hold the two dogs and said no...no..."
