Oktoberfest starts today at Fritz & Franz
Coral Gables' Oktoberfest starts today, October 3 at Fritz & Franz Bierhouse Plaza. This is the 19th annual event. The event runs through October 13 and is daily from 11 am to midnight.
Enjoy the Oktoberfest tradition. This 11-day festival of beer, food and music features live entertainment performed by top Austrian bands, including Gruppe Gastein and Bavarian Bob and the Black Forest Band. The gaily decorated Fritz & Franz beer garden will also offer a Yodeing contest, Nailing contest, a Cycle Party, a Bratwurst-eating contest, Auerhahn Schuhplattler and lots more! Enjoy authentic Austrian/Bavarian dishes, including all-you-can-eat buffets, drink specials and plenty of beer!.
Admission is free. Parking available in City Parking Garage #6 with the entrance at 51 Aragon Avenue (right behind the Bierhaus Plaza).
