Columbus Day Flotilla canceled

So many have tried to shut it down for years and the Government Shut Down has done the job. The Columbus Day Regatta is canceled this year. Biscayne National Park is closed. Federal and local officials will be out shooing boaters away. All gateways to the park will be patrolled to ward off boaters, people will be fined if they don't abide by the shut down. 

But there is a "real" Columbus Day Regatta, with over 80 boaters, that will go on, it is not affected by Biscayne National Park since they don't go near there.
