Chicken, Champagne & Cocktails

Chicken, champagne & cocktails are being served Friday, for charity. The inagural Cluck Miami, an event featuring the combination of fried chicken paired with champagne, will be held to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of South Florida. Local chefs will present their individual take on classic fried chicken, culminating in a competition where you will vote on this year's winning Chef of Cluck Miami

Chefs vying for the title include: Miami's first winner of Food Network's "Chopped," Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, Chef Bradley Kilgore, Chef Adrianne Calvo; Chef Jacob Anaya, Chef Jean Paul Desmaison, and Chef Richard Hales.

Designed to give every guest a VIP Experience, You will enjoy unlimited tastings from the participating restaurants and a one-hour Welcoming Champagne Reception presented by Veuve Clicquot from 7 to 8 pm In addition, you'll sip on complimentary cocktails all night presented by Bombay Sapphire and Chambord Flavored Vodka, and a special craft brewed beer by Gravity Brewlab made exclusively for Cluck Miami. Wines inspired by Florida will flow all night - complimentary samples of La Florida and Pascua Florida, artwork by Wynwood Walls muralist Liqen and desserts by City Hall the Restaurant and champagne-themed cupcakes by pastry chef Giselle Pinto of Sugar Yummy Mama.

The event is Friday, September 27 from 7 to 11 pm.

$85 prepaid online through September 26 at midnight. $100 at the door.
