Stress-busting blitz tonight at Dharma Studio

If you're ready for a totally memorable stress-busting blitz, check out the workshop, at Dharma Studio, tonight, August 2, from 7:30 to 9:30 pm, where they use foam rollers and other investigative tools to release tension trapped in the body. These techniques are known to be as effective as deep-tissue massage. but please be forewarned: if you don't enjoy the sensations of an intense massage, you'll have low tolerance for the physical reactions you'll get in this class. However-if you're up to it, come see how they roll.
