New art gallery to open on Commodore Plaza

A new Haitian art gallery is Coming to Commodore Plaza. This is Emmanuel Dostaly owner of the Gallery, which is not open yet, and he is waiting for approval paperwork to open up the gallery/studio. His address is 3137 Commodore Plaza.
