CocoWalk presents acclaimed chalk art artist

CocoWalk has something special happening next week. Beginning Tuesday, June 18, Dos Equis is presenting the world-renown 3D street painter Tracy Lee Stum (left) for a five-day super street-chalk creation at CocoWalk.  The internationally recognized American chalk artist specializes in mind-blowing 3D images that are guaranteed to inspire and amaze.

The Chalk Art Experience is being held in three U.S. cities – Coconut Grove, Los Angeles, and Austin.  CocoWalk will transform when Tracy takes ordinary tiles and converts them into a large, spectacular 3D alligator pit! The first three days will be designing and chalking; the last two days are for fan viewing. Visitors are invited to interact with the art, and encouraged to have their photos taken and uploaded to the CocoWalk and Dos Equis Facebook and Twitter pages.

Born and educated in Pennsylvania, Tracy continued her artistic training in Florence, Italy.  She has consulted in developing street painting festivals in China, Mexico, India, Russia, and throughout the U.S.  Her street paintings have won numerous awards and accolades, and she currently holds a 2006 Guinness World Record for the largest street painting by an individual.
