International Piano Festival starts Thursday
The Miami International Piano Festival is presenting the 16th season of the Discovery Series. From Thursday, May 16 through Sunday, May 19 in Miami Beach, the spectacular series of concerts feature rising artists, prodigies, and notable masters of the piano.
The festival will be held at the Colony Theatre (1040 Lincoln Road). Special concerts on Saturday include a chamber music concert featuring three prodigies on piano, cello, and violin and on Sunday the festival finale includes a celebrated artist that will paint live before the audience inspired by classical piano works.
