New Downtown Miami Gallery Walk each First Friday

As if Miami didn't have enough Art/Gallery Walks, now there is a new one in Downtown Miami! Each first Friday the Art Walk takes place from 6 to 10 pm. Local galleries along with artists' open studios are part of the walk. And who can resist, with the Freedom Tower lighting the way, it's a new, fun cultural experience.

Bayfront Park and MIA Encore aboard the SeaFair are venues with free admission.

Other participating venues are MDC Museum of Art + Design, Aluna Art Foundation, Giants in the City inflatable sculptures, The Artisan Lounge, Sculpture in the Park, Ocean Bank Art Space, Dimensions Variable, McCormick Place, Wine by the Bay and Nina Torres Fine Art. 

The art walk will take place on the first Fridays from January to June and then from October to December. These photos were taken at the McCormick Place gallery.
