Great American Songbook is Saturday

The Great American Songbook is being presented at the Miami Conservatory of Music is Saturday, September 15. The musical night features an entire century of American music from such masters as Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Hoagy Carmichael, George and Ira Gershwin, Rodgers and Hammerstein and more.

The critically acclaimed Mary Adelyn Kauffman leads the party from the piano on a journey through a century of America's greatest music.

The concert features the sweet sounds of Justin John Moniz and Amy Ione Alvarado, both of whom currently serve of the faculty of the Miami Conservatory of Music.
