There's a new blog in town

Meet Brooklyn Middleton, she's the coordinator of the new Coconut Grove blog, iCoconutGrove.com.

I had lunch with Brooklyn the other day and we really hit it off, she's a lot of fun and you'll probably see her at various Grove events now. She'll be at the JCI Poker/Pub Crawl this weekend taking pictures.

iCoconutGrove.com is a "user friendly blog." What I mean by that is they will be posting news about events, new businesses, restaurants and things like that. They have a section on restaurants and hotels in the Grove, along with events and so on. It's more geared toward the tourist, but I'm sure locals will get a lot of use and fun out of reading it.

There are stories like the "Tourist Top 5 Hit List," and stories on The Kampong and Yoga in the Park, Brenda's Boutique, etc.

It's up and live now, so check it out: iCoconutGrove.com. I'll put a link to it at our blog roll area at the right, so you can easily find it.
