Congrats Falco, enjoy the day and here's to seven more years.
Cheers!
Congratulations and wishing for many many more happy, healthy and prosperous years for you overseeing this great work. Your blog is one of the most valuable works of independent thought happening in the area.
Tom, you should be congratulated not just for hanging in there like a trooper for seven years, but for being THE BEST promoter of Coconut Grove, it's people, its events, its businesses, it's beautiful environment and quirky character, for all of those seven years. You have singlehandedly done more for the Grove, in my humble opinion, than any other person I can think of. THANK YOU for all your hard work and dedication to our community. Have a great day off!
Tom:
Congratulations to you and the Coconut Grove Grapevine for seven years of providing outstanding service to Coconut Grove. Our community, shops and restaurants have benefited greatly by all of your years of postings and passion for our Grove. You have created thousands of positive images on behalf of Coconut Grove that have been seen throughout the world. You have shown the good the bad and even sometimes the ugly, which together makes the Grove the unique community that we are. For years many shops, restaurants, festivals and events have profited by the exposure they received in the Grapevine. It’s disappointing that so few of them have actually set aside adverting budgets to support the Grapevine your efforts. It will be a sad day when the Grapevine is no more. Until that day arrives I recommend that shops, restaurants, events, festivals and especially the Grove BID support the Grapevine by advertising and to continue showcasing Coconut Grove to the world. All the very best.
Thanks, Tom. Your blog keeps us imformed of many things we care about in the Village, what's going on every week, i've been reading it every day for years, heck it's my homepage in one of the 2 browsers! We apreciate your good work and dedication.
