Conveniently left out of the loop; as usual
Tree Man Trust and TreeWatch have filed a complaint with the City of Miami. They are two entities that should be the first that are notified, along with concerned citizens and others. Nzeribe (Zerry) Ihekwaba, the Director of Public Works Department says that the process for the tree notification on Commodore Plaza will be redone, "I understand that this was improperly done and the process will be repeated. New posting will be done and all parties will be notified," said Ihekwaba.
The City seems to make a habit of leaving concerned parties out of issues like this "by accident."
There most likely will be an appeal by TreeWatch. One concern is that the arborist who is in charge of "marking the trees," is being paid by the BID to mark the trees and she is paid to find something wrong with the trees.

No one is going to dare comment on this one since the queen wants it done.
What's all the fuss about? Have you seen 27th Avenue lately? Way more trees have been planted than have been removed. It's starting to take shape and look nicer than its ever been.
