Point Group wins "Building of the Year" award

Pointe Group Advisors won the 2011-2012 ‘The Outstanding Building of the Year’ (TOBY) award for office buildings under 100,000 square feet given by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Miami-Dade. The award, a revered honor in the commercial real estate industry, was given to Pointe Group Advisors for its exceptional management of its Continental Plaza building in Coconut Grove. This is Pointe Group Advisors’ fourth consecutive TOBY Award win. Grovite, Gail Baldwin was the architect.
